Returns & Exchanges
At Katta Homes, every candle is hand-poured in small batches with care.
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to help.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
Include:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the outer packaging
If approved, we will offer either:
- a replacement
or - store credit / refund depending on the situation
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Natural Variations
Because our candles are handmade:
- slight color variation may occur
- frosting on soy wax may appear naturally
- minor surface imperfections may occur
These are natural characteristics of soy wax and handcrafted production and are not considered defects.
